Marketing & PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & PR Manager to lead our digital presence, social media channels, paid advertising, and brand communications for a leading aesthetic upliftment centre in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and branch targets.
• Manage paid advertising across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and monitor budgets, performance and scaling opportunities.
• Grow and maintain Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels, creating daily posts, Reels, Stories and short‑form video content.
• Oversee website content updates, landing pages, SEO support and monitor traffic, engagement and conversion metrics.
• Track and analyse key marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Develop creative briefs, direct visual assets, support packaging design and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or PR.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting and short‑form video production skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Reels, Stories and social media campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, reporting and budgeting abilities.
• Experience leading creative teams or collaborating with designers and videographers.
