Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role coordinates with design, agency, growth, commercial and product teams while managing a small marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on multi‑channel campaigns, developing briefs, timelines and asset delivery.
• Own offline marketing initiatives such as OOH, print and events, managing vendors and production partners.
• Set direction for social media on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, approving content calendars and overseeing KOL partnerships.
• Oversee paid media activity across Meta, TikTok, Google and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
• Maintain project tracking, coordinate PR activities and manage vendor/KOL payment workflows.
• Track marketing spend, flag overspend risks and keep budgets up to date.
• Directly manage a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Executive and Marketing Associate, providing objectives and feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in end‑to‑end campaign management across digital and offline channels.
• Hands‑on experience with social media, KOL/influencer partnerships, paid media and OOH activities.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and agency relationships.
• Previous team‑lead or direct‑report management experience is an advantage.
