Marketing Manager

About the role

Medihelp Hospitals, a leading healthcare network in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its branding, communications and patient‑engagement initiatives across all locations. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated branding and public‑relations strategies to increase visibility across all hospital sites.
• Lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, print, social media and on‑ground activations.
• Oversee digital marketing functions such as SEO, Google Ads, social media, email/SMS marketing and website performance.
• Direct creative storytelling, PR activities and ensure brand consistency across all services.
• Track marketing data, analyse ROI and optimise performance to maximise results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR or Communications (CIM/SLIM qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of total marketing experience.
• Proven track record in building brands and executing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or service industry is preferred.
