Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of all brand and performance marketing activities for Touch of Gold Lanka. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, driving sales and coordinating both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly and annual marketing calendars.
• Oversee digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and the company website.
• Lead content creation, campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor performance metrics, analytics and ROI.
• Supervise the marketing team, external agencies and content creators.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Work closely with sales, showroom teams and senior management to drive revenue.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective spending.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and handle crisis communication when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in jewelry, fashion or retail marketing is an advantage.
