Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

The client is a technology and digital solutions provider seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing and demand‑generation initiatives. You will drive qualified leads, grow the pipeline, and manage multi‑channel campaigns for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing and demand‑generation campaigns across email, digital, social media, SEO, paid media, events, webinars and partner channels.
• Build lead‑generation, nurturing and conversion strategies aligned with sales objectives and track performance using CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and technical teams to create targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion.
• Monitor budgets, campaign results, lead quality, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Lead and coordinate internal marketing team members and external contributors, continuously improving processes, content and the use of AI and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including campaign or team leadership.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in technology, cloud, software, IT services or the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Multi‑channel marketing expertise (email, digital, social media, SEO, paid media, events, webinars, partner channels).
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and measure marketing ROI.
