Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will drive brand awareness and customer engagement for Kai Group’s hospitality and fashion concepts. Based in Colombo, this full‑time position focuses on creating integrated marketing strategies that support revenue goals and reinforce a high‑impact brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across hospitality and fashion venues.
• Coordinate with venue and retail teams to promote events, menus, collections and brand initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance reporting to guide decision‑making.
• Manage digital and social media content to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong marketing strategy and market research capabilities.
• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and brand management within hospitality, retail or lifestyle sectors.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Colombo and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
