Marketing Executive – Onsite in Colombo

About the role

The Marketing Executive will work full‑time on‑site at the Colombo office, supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products and brand. The role involves market research, campaign contribution, coordination with sales and product teams, and event support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research and customer segmentation.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for internal and external use.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results.
• Support events, promotions and partner activities while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven skills in market planning, marketing and market research.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, external partners and diverse customer groups.
• Sales and marketing experience to support lead generation and brand growth.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks and use MS Office effectively.
