Marketing Executive – Lifestyle Fashion

About the role

EKKO, a lifestyle fashion brand operating in Sri Lanka, India and the United States, is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to lead its digital presence and brand communication. This full‑time hybrid position will support the launch of seasonal collections and drive engagement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and email.
• Develop creative concepts, copy and visual assets for social posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional materials.
• Write and edit blog articles, manage website content and coordinate influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with designers, sales, photographers, models and external creators to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, analyse audience behaviour and optimise campaigns for better ROI.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints for Sri Lanka, India and the USA.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and digital consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a keen eye for fashion aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing tools.
