Marketing Executive – Brand & Digital

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG and consumer products company in Colombo, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support brand and marketing activities across both traditional and digital channels. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager and involves hands‑on branding, campaign execution, product launches and corporate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand and marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital platforms.
• Assist with brand management, promotions, activations and new product launches.
• Coordinate packaging and product‑related projects.
• Manage relationships with creative, advertising and external agencies.
• Support social media, digital campaigns and influencer marketing, and monitor performance.
• Assist in content creation, copywriting and marketing communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience with strong hands‑on branding exposure.
• Experience in FMCG, food, retail or consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
• Good understanding of ATL, BTL, brand management and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Creative, proactive, energetic and commercially minded.

What we offer

• Gross salary of LKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
