Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

PathFinder Career Academy, a Sri‑Lanka‑based learning platform, connects students and young professionals with industry experts through practical workshops. The Marketing Coordinator will promote the academy’s programmes, generate leads and support participant registration on a remote, part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Promote programmes to students, undergraduates and industry professionals.
• Identify potential participants and generate leads.
• Contact interested individuals via telephone, email and online channels.
• Explain programme content, schedules, fees and registration procedures clearly.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist participants with registration.
• Support social media promotions and share approved marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the academy team regarding participant requirements.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records and submit regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
• Students, undergraduates and individuals seeking part‑time employment are encouraged to apply.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating professionally with students and professionals.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable device for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
