Marketing Analytics Manager

About the role

BoardPAC is seeking a data‑driven Marketing Analytics Manager to own global marketing operations, lead intelligence, and campaign performance. You will translate raw data into actionable audience strategies, manage CRM workflows, and support sales teams with high‑intent prospect databases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI dashboards, track KPIs such as lead‑to‑meeting conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI, and present insights to executive leadership.
• Build and scale global prospect databases across regions, industries, and ideal customer profiles.
• Oversee execution, A/B testing, and optimisation of multi‑touch email marketing campaigns worldwide.
• Serve as primary CRM administrator, optimise workflows, enforce data governance, create custom reports and source‑attribution models.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Business Development Managers to deliver qualified intelligence, share real‑time campaign data and run competitor replacement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Demand Generation (B2B preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to align marketing tactics with global sales goals.

Required skills

• Advanced CRM administration and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with email automation platforms.
• Google Analytics.
• BI and data‑reporting software.
