Marketing Account Executive

About the role

The Marketing Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison for key client accounts in the Colombo District, ensuring marketing initiatives align with client needs and company objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong relationships, coordinating campaigns, and driving business growth within the restaurant and consumer services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing‑related matters.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and support lead‑generation activities to expand the client base.
• Track account performance, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with strategic marketing plans.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM) within a client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate leads, support sales efforts, and drive revenue growth.
• Basic marketing knowledge and experience in the hospitality or consumer services sector.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Colombo, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills
