Manager – Sales and Marketing (Air Freight)

About the role

The Manager – Sales & Marketing (Air Freight) will drive revenue growth by creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies for Ace Cargo’s air freight services. You will promote the brand, expand the customer base, and support the development of new air freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
• Promote air freight services to identified target markets, ensuring strong brand visibility.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Explore new markets and contribute to tailored solutions such as express shipments, consolidations, charters, and specialized cargo.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, and overseas agents.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, analyse performance, and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the air freight or logistics sector.
• Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, airlines and agents.
• Capability to prepare and analyse MIS reports to support decision‑making.
