About the role

As the Manager of Enterprise Solutions at DIMO, you will steer the company’s portfolio of digital applications, ensuring technology aligns with business priorities and supports future growth. You will act as the bridge between business units and IT, translating strategic needs into scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise solutions portfolio, overseeing solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage business analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Drive automation initiatives, application modernization, and process optimisation across the organisation.
• Ensure integration, API, and workflow strategies are robust and secure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology road‑maps with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise solutions, business applications or digital transformation, including leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage business analysis, solution delivery and enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
