Manager - Corporate Planning

About the role

DIMO, a diversified conglomerate operating across ten sectors, is seeking a Manager of Corporate Planning to shape the Group Corporate Plan. You will assess internal and external business environments, set strategic objectives, and identify growth opportunities that align with the company’s sustainability and ethical focus.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and internal performance to inform the corporate plan.
• Define, refine and monitor corporate objectives and key performance indicators.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, new business models, and merger & acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with financial targets.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for board-level decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Professional qualification or membership in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA or CMA.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a middle‑management or corporate leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for research, data analysis and problem‑solving; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
