Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & Security

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & Security to take ownership of the organization’s Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring that the cloud infrastructure remains secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with business requirements. This individual‑contributor role is primarily office‑based with occasional travel to factory locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, provision, configure and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud systems, networks and applications and troubleshoot related issues.
• Design and implement secure cloud architecture applying Zero Trust principles.
• Manage DNS, routing, firewalls, connectivity and network security controls.
• Drive scalability, capacity planning and performance improvements.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, security policies and operating procedures.
• Monitor costs and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfil infrastructure requirements, including travel to factories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, Zero Trust architecture and networking (DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Experience in infrastructure planning, capacity management and cost optimisation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Microsoft Azure certifications and hybrid/enterprise‑scale cloud experience are a plus.
