Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager or Assistant Manager to lead complex business transformation initiatives. The role combines strategic consulting, program leadership, and go‑to‑market expertise to drive enterprise‑wide change.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and steer large‑scale transformation programs with senior executive sponsorship.
• Lead consulting and program teams, mentor talent, and ensure high‑quality deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Act as Project Management Office (PMO) lead, overseeing project plans, timelines, and governance.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and business development strategies aligned with the target operating model.
• Manage organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and structures.
• Produce executive‑level presentations, performance reports, and dashboards in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting, internal consulting, or enterprise transformation leadership.
• Proven track record of shaping and delivering complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Strong leadership and talent‑development capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
