Manager - After Sales Services

About the role

NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Manager – After Sales Services to own and grow its service and repair business for diesel generators, HVAC (VRF systems and chillers) and industrial laundry equipment. You will lead the full‑service team, ensure equipment uptime for clients, and drive revenue through maintenance contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the after‑sales team, including service engineers, technicians and coordinators.
• Plan rosters, monitor performance and support staff development.
• Oversee service, repair and overhaul operations for generators, VRF/chiller systems and laundry equipment.
• Win, renew and expand Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to increase after‑sales revenue.
• Ensure rapid response times, high‑quality workmanship and strong customer satisfaction.
• Manage spare parts inventory, job scheduling, service reporting and warranty claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience in after‑sales or service management, preferably with generators, HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate technical staff.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of diesel generators.
• Understanding of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems and chillers.
• Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment.
