Management Trainee – Software Development & Systems Integration

About the role

We are seeking motivated Management Trainees who want to build a career in software development and systems integration. The programme offers hands‑on experience across development, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, supported by mentoring and real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in software development using Java and Python.
• Collaborate on version control with Git and GitHub.
• Assist in designing, implementing and testing APIs and integration solutions.
• Work with cloud environments such as Oracle OCI, Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and containerised deployments with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Gather requirements, analyse solutions and produce technical documentation.
• Research emerging technologies and prototype proof‑of‑concepts.

Required profile

• Strong interest in software engineering, cloud and enterprise technologies.
• Ability to learn independently, troubleshoot and experiment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a technical team.
• Curiosity for R&D and continuous self‑development.
