Management Trainee – HR

About the role

We are looking for a high‑potential Management Trainee – HR to join a strategic talent development initiative for a leading apparel client. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core HR functions, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, HR analytics and organisational development.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation and internal communication initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, databases and reports, and contribute to HR analytics for management decisions.
• Participate in performance management, learning and development programmes, and employee capability‑building initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices and emerging workplace practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and employee‑related needs.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvement and organisational development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in building a career in HR and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate proactive, positive attitude.
