About the role
We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our production team in Bandaragama. As a Machine Operator / Assistant Technician you will work on our specialized tag‑machine line, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of automatic and semi‑automatic equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate tea‑packing or similar FMCG machines on a shift‑based schedule.
- Monitor machine performance, perform routine checks, and report any issues.
- Assist with basic mechanical adjustments and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the production area.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience with automatic or semi‑automatic packaging machines.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Physically fit, energetic and disciplined.
- Preferably residing in or near Bandaragama.
