About the role

The Luxury Sales Consultant drives the commercial conversation with discerning travellers, turning high‑intent enquiries into premium bookings. This consultative position focuses on building trust, understanding client motivations, and presenting compelling, bespoke travel proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to premium travel enquiries with polished, consultative communication.
• Lead discovery calls to capture traveller motivations, budget, and decision criteria.
• Collaborate with the design team to craft proposals that align with client expectations and commercial goals.
• Present itineraries and pricing clearly, emphasizing value rather than generic upselling.
• Manage follow‑up cadence, handle objections, and guide prospects toward booking while preserving the Elyndara brand tone.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring visibility of pipeline and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in premium travel sales, high‑ticket hospitality, luxury lifestyle services, or similar consultative sales.
• Excellent verbal and written English with professional sales communication.
• Comfort handling high‑value enquiries and complex traveller expectations.
• Strong commercial confidence in pricing discussions and conversion strategy.
• Disciplined use of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
