About the role

The Life Executive will promote Amana Takaful’s life insurance products to potential and existing customers in Gampola. The role involves explaining coverage options, guiding clients through policy selection, and supporting the full application process.

Key responsibilities

Promote life insurance products and meet potential and existing customers.
Explain coverage options and benefits clearly.
Assist clients with policy selection, applications and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to marketing outreach activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality service.
Conduct regular follow‑up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

Good communication skills and ability to convince customers.
Minimum six passes in G.C.E O/L, including Mathematics.
Good knowledge of Islamic financing principles.
Age 21 or older.
Must be a resident of Gampola, Gelioya, or Nawalapitiya.
Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
