Level 1 Windows Administrator – Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Level 1 Windows Administrator to join our Infrastructure Support team. The role provides first‑line support for Windows server environments, ensuring stability, performance and availability of critical services while working in a 24 x 7 shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily system health checks, monitor server performance and respond to incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Handle Level 1 Windows Server issues, user requests, basic root‑cause analysis and escalation to higher support tiers.
• Administer Windows services, scheduled tasks, system logs and support routine maintenance, reboots and patching.
• Update tickets, maintain shift handover reports and document recurring issues, work‑arounds and known errors.
• Participate in governance, operational reviews and team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server and/or Azure Administrator, ITIL Foundation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
