About the role
The Legal Manager will oversee the company's legal, corporate, commercial, compliance, property and dispute‑resolution matters, providing strategic advice to senior management and supporting day‑to‑day business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements, contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements, sale and purchase agreements and related documentation.
- Handle notarial work and coordinate property transactions, including deeds, leases and interactions with land registries and regulatory authorities.
- Manage corporate secretarial duties, board and shareholder meetings, statutory filings and corporate governance advice.
- Oversee legal and regulatory compliance, including AML/CFT policies, customer due diligence and liaison with regulators.
- Provide legal opinions, identify risks and advise management on commercial, corporate, property and operational matters.
- Coordinate litigation, arbitration and dispute‑resolution activities, liaising with external counsel and monitoring case progress.
