About the role
We are seeking a Legal Manager to join our team in Katunayake. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on ensuring legal compliance and supporting corporate governance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) listing rules.
- Support and implement corporate governance best practices.
- Provide legal advice and representation on corporate matters.
- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and related filings.
Required profile
- Qualified Attorney‑at‑Law.
- LLB degree from a recognized university (advantage).
- 5–7 years of active professional experience in a legal role.
- Strong understanding of SEC listing regulations.
- Exposure to corporate governance best practices.
