About the role
We are looking for a Legal Manager to lead our legal function and ensure that our corporate activities comply with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support the company’s compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) listing rules.
- Support and promote corporate governance best practices within the organization.
Required profile
- Qualified Attorney‑at‑Law.
- LLB degree from a recognized university (preferred).
- 5–7 years of active professional experience.
- Understanding of SEC listing rules.
- Exposure to corporate governance best practices.
