Legal Manager

About the role

The Legal Manager will oversee the company’s legal affairs, ensuring compliance and providing strategic advice across all business operations. This position acts as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external legal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments related to the company’s business operations.
• Maintain a contract management system, track the status of all existing contracts, flag upcoming expirations, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely renewals.
• Prepare case briefs and summaries of depositions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Communicate and negotiate with external stakeholders such as regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
• Prepare and file various legal documents such as appeals, motions, and petitions.
• Ensure timely follow‑up with internal and external stakeholders to meet legal deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Represent the organization on legal matters and provide sound legal advice in the best interest of the company.
