Legal Manager – Corporate & Securities Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Katunayake. The role focuses on securities regulation, corporate governance and providing legal counsel to support compliance and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and regulatory matters, including SEC listing rules.
• Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) listing requirements.
• Support and advise on corporate governance practices and policies.
• Review contracts, agreements and other legal documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel as needed.
• Advise management on legal risks and obligations.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney-at-law; LLB degree is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of active professional experience in a legal role.
• Strong understanding of SEC listing rules.
• Experience with corporate governance best practices.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Katunayake.
