Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to drive capability development and nurture a culture of continuous learning within a high‑performing, remote‑first organisation. You will partner with performance, technical, People & Culture, customer success and operations teams to design learning solutions that align with business goals and enhance employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct organisation‑wide training needs and capability assessments using performance reviews, customer feedback, coaching outcomes and quality data.
• Identify skills gaps and analyse capability requirements across technical disciplines and customer accounts.
• Design structured learning pathways, onboarding programmes and role‑specific roadmaps for technical, professional, customer service, leadership and behavioural development.
• Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments and practical activities.
• Facilitate engaging development programmes and monitor emerging skill trends and industry developments.
• Measure learning impact on individual and organisational performance and report findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Corporate Training.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs analysis and design end‑to‑end learning programmes.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify performance trends.
• Organisational, project management and prioritisation skills.
