About the role

Lead Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central role at TIQRI, designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise ERP solutions. Hands‑on technical leadership across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions across core ERP processes.
• Configure and extend Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Jobs/Projects.
• Develop custom Business Central functionality using AL / C/AL and supporting technologies.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, OData.NET/C#, Azure services, and related technologies.
• Lead solution design discussions, code reviews, technical assessments, and development best practices.
• Support multi‑company configurations, consolidations, master‑data management, and cross‑entity processes.
• Define and support data flows, APIs, and integration requirements across internal and external systems.
• Work with Power BI and Power Platform concepts to support reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.

Required profile

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering / ERP development experience.
• At least 4+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV experience.
• Proven involvement in at least one full‑cycle Business Central implementation or major rollout.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, solution ownership, and mentoring abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
