Lead KPO-BPO Talent Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior, commercially driven professional to lead the development of our KPO‑BPO Talent Solutions practice in Colombo. The role will own market assessment, service definition, new‑business generation and the creation of a scalable, profitable practice over the next three years.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three‑year business plan, defining target industries, service portfolio and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Assess Sri Lankan and international markets to identify viable KPO/BPO talent opportunities and build a scalable operating model.
• Drive business development, engage prospective clients, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Create business cases, pricing models and financial projections, monitor ROI and break‑even timelines.
• Design delivery models, SLAs, governance structures and performance metrics, and recruit the initial team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging outsourcing opportunities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in BPO, KPO, recruitment, staffing, RPO or related talent solutions.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and practice building.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, revenue, cost and profitability analysis.
• Experience developing business plans, market‑entry strategies and scalable operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and client‑facing skills.
• Deep understanding of the Sri Lankan talent and business market.
