Lead - Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Human Resources Business Partner to join our Colombo‑based team. In this strategic role you will align people initiatives with business objectives, driving organisational effectiveness across talent, performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Colombo management team, providing HR expertise and aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Design, implement and monitor HR initiatives such as talent management, performance management and employee engagement programmes.
• Coach and counsel managers and employees, facilitate conflict resolution and advise on employment policies and practices.
• Lead recruitment and selection processes to secure top talent that supports growth plans in Sri Lanka.
• Collaborate with the central HR team to roll out global HR programs, adapting them to the local context as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least four years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering capacity.
• In‑depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to analyse HR data and metrics to drive decision‑making and identify improvement areas.
