About the role
Tech Mee Digital is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join its on‑site team in Colombo. In this full‑time position you will play a key part in expanding the company’s B2B client base by identifying and qualifying high‑quality prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through targeted outreach and research.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Maintain and continuously improve lead quality and database accuracy.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align lead generation activities with campaign objectives.
- Track and report on lead‑generation metrics and performance.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a data‑first mindset.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing or lead generation is a plus.
Required skills
- Search engine proficiency.
- Data entry and data analysis capability.
