Lead Functional Consultant – IFS Cloud Projects

About the role

Creative Software is looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to drive successful IFS Cloud Projects implementations for its global clientele. You will partner with customers to understand their business needs, design robust solutions, and guide delivery teams through the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops, gather requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis and design processes for IFS Cloud Projects.
• Configure and implement modules such as project management, costing, budgeting, resource planning, procurement, subcontract management, billing, revenue recognition and time reporting.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents and test scripts.
• Support integrations, reporting, customisations, data migration, SIT, UAT, deployment and post‑go‑live activities.
• Deliver user training, provide functional guidance and mentor junior consultants.
• Assist pre‑sales with demonstrations, estimates, proposals and RFP responses.
• Advise customers on project governance, cost control, resource utilisation and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4–8 years of ERP functional consulting experience, including at least two full‑cycle IFS implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer engagements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with IFS Cloud Projects.
• IFS Cloud certification in Projects or a related module.
• Understanding of integration with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Asset Management and Service Management.
