Lead Frontend Engineer – React

About the role

Axinom is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to head the UI side of its Mosaic platform, which powers content management for media and aviation clients worldwide. You will guide the evolution of a shared component library and ensure a cohesive experience across a micro‑frontend architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain the Mosaic component library that underpins the entire platform.
• Build modern, robust interfaces for complex data management using TypeScript and React.
• Shape the technical direction of the front‑end as the platform scales.

Required profile

• Strong technical judgment with the ability to make architecture and API decisions that consider downstream impact.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in React development.
• Product and UX mindset, comfortable using established design language and shaping new features.
• Open, collaborative communication style and fluency in English.
• Fast learner who can quickly become productive on a large, unfamiliar codebase.
