Lead Executive – HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented HR Generalist to support employee engagement, recruitment coordination, employer branding, and HR administration. The role works closely with multiple HR teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Coordinate HR activities for the Port City entity, handling administrative requirements.
• Collaborate on HR projects, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employer branding, university outreach, career fairs, campus activities, and social‑media campaigns.
• Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and confidential employee documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate HR events and activities.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and effective coordination across HR functions.
• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist, recruitment, employee engagement, or HR coordination roles.
• Experience in a KPO/BPO or multinational environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
