Lead Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to translate business goals into an overarching architecture strategy spanning solution design, integration, and deployment. The role involves defining standards, guiding multiple delivery teams, and staying hands‑on with prototyping and code reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into an end‑to‑end architecture strategy across solution, integration, and deployment domains.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and reference designs to ensure consistency across eight teams.
• Prototype, review designs and code, and unblock teams on critical technical decisions.
• Lead four solution teams, one integration team, and three deployment teams toward shared architectural goals.
• Communicate trade‑offs across cost, risk, scalability, and security to enable informed stakeholder decisions.

Required profile

• Ability to turn a business vision into a clear, end‑to‑end architecture strategy.
• Experience setting architecture standards and reference designs, including security and compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for prototyping and problem resolution.
• Proven skill in influencing and steering multiple delivery teams toward shared goals without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical trade‑offs to engineers and business stakeholders.
