Lead Engineer - UX

About the role

Inivos is seeking a Lead Engineer – UX to drive user‑centered design across its enterprise solutions. You will own the UX process from research to validation, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and high‑impact experiences for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle, from user research to solution validation.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other deliverables aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to develop user‑centered solutions.
• Use feedback, data, and metrics to inform design decisions and continuously improve experiences.
• Apply design thinking and conduct usability reviews to simplify workflows.
• Advocate for UX best practices and consistency across products.
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers, contributing to standards and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Design, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of UX/Product design experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or similar UX/prototyping tools.
