Lead DevOps Engineer – IFS.ai Platform (R&D)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the development and operation of our IFS.ai Platform within the R&D Base Technology Team. In this senior position you will shape automation, reliability and scalability of cloud‑native services that power our AI‑driven enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain platform capabilities and cloud‑native services.
• Build and operate automation solutions that improve reliability, security and efficiency.
• Adopt and promote DevOps and GitOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to the architecture of modern cloud‑native applications, distributed systems and platform services.
• Ensure observability, resilience and operational efficiency of all services.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects and stakeholders to deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a complex, R&D or enterprise environment.
• Strong background in cloud‑native architectures and automation.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
