Large Enterprise Sales Manager - HR & Payroll Software

About the role

Better HR is an end‑to‑end HR platform offering recruitment, HRIS, payroll and performance management across Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Vietnam. We are looking for a sales leader to own new enterprise business in Sri Lanka, targeting organisations with 300+ employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise new‑business pipeline from generation to signed contract and handover to Customer Success.
• Build an outbound pipeline across manufacturing, banking, retail, F&B, hospitality, logistics and NGOs, many of which still use Excel for payroll.
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, stakeholder mapping, product demos, scoping payroll and workflow complexity, negotiation and contracting.
• Sell the full platform, starting with payroll or HRIS and expanding into recruitment and performance management.
• Prepare proposals, tender responses and vendor security assessments with compliance support.
• Maintain a clean CRM and produce forecasts for leadership planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Sri Lanka, including at least 2 years selling to enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in HRIS systems, software, SaaS, ERP or professional services.
