About the role
We are seeking a Laptop Chip Level Repair Technician to diagnose and repair laptop boards at the component level. The role involves troubleshooting a range of hardware failures and performing precise soldering work.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnosing dead boards, including no‑power, no‑charge, no‑display, and no‑boot issues.
- Component‑level soldering and desoldering (SMD, BGA reballing and reflow).
- Working with schematics and boardview files to trace circuits.
- Using diagnostic tools such as multimeter, bench power supply, hot‑air station and microscope.
- Liquid damage cleanup and corrosion repair.
Required profile
- Years of hands‑on chip‑level repair experience.
- Familiarity with common laptop brands (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Apple).

- Power rail tracing
- EC/PCH/GPU‑level troubleshooting
