About the role

Simplebooks is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to become the trusted point of contact for its most valued clients across South Asia. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned key clients, driving satisfaction and engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all client communications, providing regular updates on progress and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and team leaders to prioritize urgent requests and meet service expectations.
• Monitor client deliverables, track commitments, and proactively address potential delays.
• Handle client escalations in partnership with senior management to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support long‑term retention.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, account activities, and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role managing strategic client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior‑level clients and manage professional relationships effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of client requirements.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling competing priorities.
