Key Account Manager – Fashion

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Fashion will oversee a portfolio of top fashion sellers and brands on the Daraz platform. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding product assortment, and strengthening seller relationships within the fashion category.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key fashion sellers, ensuring increased GMV and revenue.
• Develop and execute account growth plans, negotiate campaigns, promotions and visibility opportunities.
• Monitor seller performance, identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, retail, fashion, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially driven with a proven focus on meeting targets.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Understanding of the fashion or e‑commerce industry is a plus.
