Junior/Entry-Level Merchandiser Coordination Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior/Entry-Level Merchandiser Coordination Executive to support our commercial and supply chain operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and build a career in supply chain, logistics, or international customer coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating shipments for international customer orders and tracking shipment schedules, including ETA/ETD.
• Communicate order and shipment updates to international customers and liaise between production, management, and customers.
• Update order and shipment details in the Odoo ERP system and support preparation of basic shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Follow up with internal teams and logistics partners under supervision and maintain simple records and reports related to orders and shipments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, shipping or merchandising is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or interest in supply chain and logistics processes.

Required skills

• MS Excel
• ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
