Junior Travel Consultant – UK Shift

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Travel Consultant to join our Colombo office and serve customers on UK shift hours. The role involves assisting travelers with bookings, providing expert advice, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries for UK‑based customers.
• Book flights, hotels, and ancillary services using the company’s reservation system.
• Provide accurate travel information, itineraries, and pricing.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and earn performance‑based commissions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and UK travel regulations.
• Collaborate with the international team to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Minimum education: G.C.E. O/L or equivalent.
• Willingness to work UK shift hours (including nights).
• Motivated, target‑driven and eager to achieve high commissions.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
• Based in or around Colombo; reliable transport for night shifts.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training will be provided.
