Junior Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales professional to join our team in Colombo. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our immigration services and guiding them through the initial assessment process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with leads, explain immigration solutions, and conduct needs assessments.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, supporting senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and update client information.
• Assist with client onboarding and participate in sales presentations or information sessions.
• Collaborate with customer service and training teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Interest in sales, lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly.
• Client‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant experience in sales, customer service or consulting is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
