Junior Project Manager

About the role

Teceze is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its project delivery team. This position offers hands‑on experience coordinating IT service projects for global clients while working closely with seasoned Service Delivery Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for assigned accounts.
• Manage the Service Delivery Center (SDC), field engineers, and coordination resources.
• Conduct regular client communications and manage service transitions and onboarding.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and escalations at the account level.
• Maintain SOW/PO documentation and ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sourcing, HR, Finance, and Field Desk teams.
• Support commercial discussions as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in IT service delivery management or project management within a managed‑services environment.
• Proven ability to manage SLA‑governed contracts and multi‑engineer teams.
• Experience tracking revenue, billing, and costs at the account level.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Background delivering IT infrastructure, field services, or managed endpoint solutions to enterprise clients.
