Junior Project Manager - Global

About the role

The Junior Project Manager – Global will own cross‑functional project delivery outcomes for global markets, turning demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Working in a hybrid setting from Colombo, you will collaborate with strategy, delivery and analytics teams to improve execution quality and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for project initiatives, from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly actionable targets.
• Run structured experiments, capture performance learnings and inform scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, ensure clear reporting and provide leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in cross‑functional project delivery.
• Hands‑on capability with sprint planning, scope control and milestone governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
