Junior Payments Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Payments Officer to support our finance and fund administration teams. You will handle invoicing, payments, fee calculations and related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic invoicing for CC Fund Services Malta Limited.
• Process payments following internal procedures.
• File invoices promptly and maintain pending invoice lists.
• Calculate and prepare director fees in line with agreements and FSS requirements.
• Download daily and non‑daily statements and prepare VAT/TAX advisor invoice lists.
• Liaise with clients to obtain confirmations as required.
• Assist the CC Fund Services team with ad‑hoc queries and tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fund administration, finance, accounting, payments or a similar administrative role is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of invoices, payments and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and good organisational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
